Introduction: This is part of series I am entitling, “Stoking the Fire by Using the Rainbow Bridge.”  The general idea is that the colors of the rainbow can be used like stepping stones which help people cross over from a lackluster life to living life fully alive.

The Red Stepping Stone

 

 The first stepping stone is becoming awake and aware of how each thing we consume (physically, mentally, and emotionally) makes us feel. Everything we consume (every sound, image, smell, taste, and feeling  feeling) emits its own frequency that either collides with our current vibrational state or harmonizes with it.  

It seems as if when it comes to sound and music, people naturally select the tones that match the current mood, or state they are in.  Yet, when it comes to food, most people turn to the latest diet fad rather than choosing foods that match their current vibrational state, or foods that are in a state or frequency where they would like to be.  A big reason for this is that most people have no clue about how to eat for your vibrational state. This is where knowing the frequency of where you are vibrating at and comparing it to the rainbow/frequency chart can help.

How Do I Know Where I Am “Vibrating?”

Look at the chart in the PDF below. Look at the positive and negative feelings description chart. Find your mood, and you’ll find your frequency.

 

How Do I Make the Shift?

Look at the chart again.  Look at the positive and negative feelings description.  Find the feeling you want to have. Find music associated with that frequency.  I often use Youtube and use the search term “meditation music” and then insert the frequency number.  Focus on the color associated with the feeling and eating foods of that same color. Find smells also associated with that color.  Your energy shifts to where your focus is.  The more intensely you focus the more quickly you can shift your current energetic state.

But Don’t Take the Chart’s Word For It

Learning to shift our energy, is like learning how to do anything else. The more we learn, the more we practice, the more natural it becomes. After a while you won’t need the chart.  You will be able to trust and listen to your own body, which is constantly telling you what it needs and wants, as long as you are ready to listen.

 

Challenge: Over the next day (or week)  pay attention to how colors and foods feel in your body.  Do they make you happy and give you more energy or do they make you depressed and tired?
