E – Enjoy the Now
There are many things in your life that are already here that you can enjoy now. And if for some reason, there is not much about life that seems enjoyable for you, then start small and build up from there. YOU get to choose what you see and how you see it. If you start to see joy and beauty, then that is what you will find. But the opposite is also true. Also remember, if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
