So often we can get lost in the negative thoughts and feelings our minds and emotions can create.  Many people feel as though they just have to live with it, or they make the mistake of adding to these negative thoughts and emotions by listening to and watching other sad stories, when what they should be doing is changing the channel. Being proactive can be very helpful. Know ahead of time that there will be down days. Be prepared for them. Create positive music playlists that will lift up your mood. Watch television shows and movies that inspire you.  Remember.  You wouldn’t collect or watch crappy shows or music, so why collect and replay crappy thoughts?
